The No Win No Fee Agreement |
Rules came
into effect in April 2001 that enable us to act on a 'no win no
fee' basis.This means that, in the unlikely event you don't win your case, we won't charge you for our fees and on winning your case, our fees are charged to your opponent. |

| Beware of claims farmers |
Beware
of some accident management companies and claims farmers who often
require you to make a payment up front to fund your case and cover
costs such as medical examinations, police reports and barrister's
fees. |
We
deal with you directly and you won't pay any money. |
| No win no fee |
Some
accident management companies will also claim to work on a No Win
No Fee basis but will fail to tell you that, in the event that your
claim is unsuccessful, you will be liable for the other party's
legal costs. |
No hidden costs

won't ask you to take out a loan to pay for the cost of an insurance
policy and we won't deduct the cost of any premium from your personal
injury compensation at the end - there are no hidden costs. |
